What services do you provide?
How long will it take?
Traditionally Softwashing is a much simpler and faster method of Exterior cleaning to that of traditional Pressure Washing. Our spray and rinse process is gentle and fast. Feel free to speak to any of our staff about your exterior low pressure cleaning needs.
How much will it cost?
Like all properties each specific clean will have its own set of peculiar issues. Our house wash service may take a little as 2 hrs for small to medium family homes. Bigger and more complex work may of course take longer.
Do you need to use my water?
Softwash Australia’s accredited applicators will need to access your water source. Our Softwash spray and rinse process uses significantly less water than traditional pressure washing. Our operators will connect to your garden tap and provide the necessary fittings.
Do you provide aftersales support?

Do you need to access the inside of my home?
It is very rare that we would need to access the inside of your home. We request that clients take responsibility to close all doors and windows
Who contacts the body corp? You or me?
Softwash Australia provide services to commercial and residential clients. In cases where a Body Corp is involved we recommend the owner or property manager liaise with the relevant Body Corporate structure.
Providing notifications, tenant advice, interruptions to access etc should all be advised through the BC . We will help where we can
What is Softwash?
Softwashing is a cleaning process utilizing a low pressure delivery system to apply a customized cleaning solution, specially blended to meet the demands of each individual situation or project. Softwashing differs from pressure washing in that a cleaning solution is applied at low pressure, reducing the risk of damage or harm to painted surfaces, roof systems, timbers structures, architectural mouldings and vinyl siding products.
Softwashing was developed from a knowledge and experience in plant sciences. It was reasonable to conclude that the bacteria, moulds, fungus and algae growing on the exterior of buildings were more closely associated with an infection than a stain. The combination of treating pests and fungus on plants with compatible cleaning chemicals and thereby evolved soft-washing.
Replacing the harsh and aggressive pressure washing that property owners were forced to accept, they could now choose to have cleanings done without the damages normally associated with pressure washing.
